I feel like a big dork for asking this, but I keep getting the big jelly blob when I try to do anything in my tomb... how do I get past it?

I really get the feeling that they need to be translated first. Otherwise we wouldn't have all this stuff about libraries, scrolls, and professors in ancient languages and so forth, lol

i'm going in, going to try and read the scroll with the top left symbol on my tablet, which is Tep. I hope my libraries are the same as yours guys, wish me luck.

Not that I can think of much use for this now, but someone might, so I'll put it up again.
Prophecies that have been tried without success:

Soon he will be a king, with a beautfiul queen at his side.
A thriving city stands in an ancient and timeless land
Here you might never be heard from again.
I have an appointment with destiny
Lost Desert
Nuria will awaken
qasalan
the prophecy
Sakhmet shall disappear
And the spirits danced and sang all throughout the night, The curse would soon be broken.
The curse would soon be broken.
If the tablet were correct, the prince they had followed to the ruined city was… nearly a thousand years old
man can discover eternal life overcoming his dead end in the chapel of the evil abyss when the sun rises with the moon
Hello!
Tyrannia
Meridell
And many will speak the prophecy incorrectly
Prince Jazan will one day return
I see ancient pharaohs laid at rest.
All hail Nuria
Dust to dust.
Raaaaaaaaahhhhhhh!
You have very pretty wings
Beware the falling Doglefox.
One day you will decode an ancient language on a tablet.
(the names of the symbol equivalent to the lines of your riddle in order)
(name of the symbol on the statue)
(the names of the symbol equivalent to the lines of your riddle in order + name of the symbol on the statue)
(your riddle)
(the riddle equivalent to the symbol on the statue)
(the names of the symbals on your tablet in order)
(the translation of the last line in your tablet)

Someone asked for this, so I'll repost it. Once again, this was originally posted on neoitems by mcgeorge

Are you clicking on the empty doors - ie the rectangle black ones? The coloured ones all lead to traps and/or the stone fragments you need if it is the right one. Sorry if that is way obvious

I really think the "professor of ancient languages" thing is a clue. I think we need to find someone to translate the scroll before we can read it to the faerie/deal with the library scrolls.

I think they're just seeing the last trap they fell into, like we all do until our lock-out time is up

You tentatively step forward and take one of the scrolls.

Your pet understands the scroll and gains a little insight.
Then a trap door opens under your feet and you find yourselves thrown out of the temple onto the desert sands.

Oh well, at least I tried and gave some of you some peace of mind :) river library is confirmed for the symbols Fer, Djo, Tep and Kar by the way, thought you might want to know :)

If you need the correct names for the glyphs btw, I used this page from nuttyaboutneopets, really does look like everyones libraries are the same.

I wonder if the whole library/scrolls thing is just a big red herring from neopets...

EDIT: I called neopets ppt :roflol:

Even if I just go to the first page of the tomb, I see the jelly dude. No matter what I do, it's the jelly dude.
