I hate those missing rooms. The 85 number might actually vary ... the more accurate way to measure is are you missing and color/shape/symbol doors. If you are ... then you are missing a room.

My temple actually has 87 rooms, and 435 doorways and corridors, so it does vary. It probably depends on how many corridors/blank panels you have, since everyone has twelve of each door combination plus the three libraries. I agree that counting up how many of each color/shape doors you already have would give you an accurate guess to how many are left.

i had made a mistake and couldn't find the bird black pentagon door, finally counted the bird doors in my map to see where i had gone wrong. I went like, red bird square, oval, pentagon, triangle. Blue bird square..etc. finally came to black and found that i had 2 black bird triangles..so replaced one with the pentagon.

Just a random piece of knowledge ... in case anyone was wondering.

I have been scratching Lost Desert Scratchcards lately ... just to see if it was possible to actually win those "real" scrolls from it. There were rumors flying around at one point that they came from there.

I finally won on a scratchcard with the 3 "books" symbol today ... in hopes of getting a scroll.

I didn't. I got some silly book called "Osiris Pottery Catalogue"

Just to add to our collective knowledge.

Theoretical 30 minutes till next clue.....hope this one keeps us guessing. I would actually enjoy it more if it were challenging. Not that I'm not enjoying it now I would just like the challenge. This is one of the best plots I've followed so far heh.

I played the pyramids in hope of clearing it and getting a scroll, 40 odd attempts later i did clear it..but i got squat

Everything seems to be going on as theorised...but once we complete the tablet there'll probably be another big speculation as to what happens next

I'm glad you guys brought this issue up. I have 87 rooms as well and I assumed I had made a mistake and mapped out 2 rooms twice. But I've spent hours staring at my map and I can't find any duplicates, they all look unique to me. I haven't counted my doorways and corridors but I do have 2 blank panels so maybe that's a factor with my extra rooms.

Not only do I have 2 extra rooms but I seem to be missing one room.

My statue is behind a Green Oval but I only have 11 of those not 12.

Fortunately I've found the statue so I'm not too worried about the missing room. It just seems odd that I could be missing one becaused I've labeled where every single corridor leads to and none of them are blank. I guess maybe I labeled one that I didn't actually go through by mistake. o_O
