I used to be an every day sort, but I have toughened up to a "quite often". Still pretty wimpy, but I'm just a crying-sort of person. Not like a whiny baby with friends, never with friends! But, with family or alone...yeah....I tear too much.

At the moment, several times a day.

It's a pretty bad time to be an Igg, I can tell you.

Not as much as I should. Crying is quite healthy, and maybe if I did it more often, I'd feel better more of the time.

I voted "Almost once every day (Very Often)" but its more between that and "About once every week - 2 weeks (Quite Often)". I would say at least 4 times a week.

I picked the once every week option, though lately it's been a lot more often than that, but that's the norm.

Quite often. A few times a week on average, I suppose.

Funny, I cried yesterday on the train.

I've been crying a lot more lately, mostly out of anger.

Almost every day. I get depressed quite a lot and when the depression hits I find it hard NOT to cry. It's weird. I have nothing to be depressed about. And half the time I just find myself crying. Sometimes I feel sorry for myself, sometimes I cry when things have happened in my family and a lot of the time I cry over soap operas. I am a very sensitive girl ;)

Eh. I was depressed a year ago (hard to imagine, wasn't it XD). I found myself crying a lot too, especially at night, and it was hard not to cry.

Hmm. I think, if you really don't think about the things that make you sad too much, you'll be happier. Just let them go, and stop thinking about them. If a friend or family member or someone is making you feel depressed, talk to them. And try not to keep your feelings to yourself so much. *nods*

After not allowing myself to cry when my dad died (my mom was going out of her mind with grief, I really couldn't grieve myself), I actually became inable to cry for several years. I would dry-sob, but that was it. As it was a period of 4 years where I was very depressed, lonely, and unhappy, it was actually very unfortunate that I couldn't cry. Tears are such a wonderful release for me, and I didn't realize it until they were gone.

About 3 years ago, I finally broke down in tears (in other words, I grieved for my father while my boyfriend held me), and since then I've been much happier. I'm still extremely emotional, but I don't cry particularly often, just every 3 or 4 months and usually associated with too much stress, or a sad scene in an anime. ^_- However, I still can't cry during situations such as a relative dying or being very ill. I'm the only person that can keep my mother remotely calm, and by the time the situation is over and I'm away from her, there isn't much reason, ne?
