Probably, seeing how the whole point of Neopets wouldn't be there anymore. 
Though maybe I'd come back every once in a while to post a couple of messages.

Everything but the NeoBoards also makes us lose the pets.

What would be the point of staying? If you remove everything but the NeoBoards, there won't be any point to the NeoBoards so they'd probably have to remove those too. 
At least in my logic they would.

That would completely defeat the purpose of neo. there wouldn't even be pets. it would just a forum, where you can get frozen.

Yes, the whole idea of neopets would loose its purpose, wouldn't it?
Though maybe just to annoy others and myself I would start huge flame wars because I wouldn't care about being frozen if there was no purpose to the game.

If there were only neoboards, then it would be a forum. I already love PPT, so I wouldn't need to stay on neopets just for a forum.
