I'm hoping to get that and the whole LotR trilogy thing done by the time HBP comes out

I'm reading Deception Point by Dan Brown. Been reading it since May. I got lazy somewhere in the middle, and only recently picked it up again. Yay for Dan Brown!

I also started reading The Dante Club. But kinda stopped after 100 pages. Naked dead people covered in maggots, described in detail, isn't my thing. (Or is it? )

My substitute teacher was telling me about that book and I really, really, really want to read it.

Anyway, I'm reading George Orwell's "1984." I'm on page 150-something.

I'm reading Anne Rice's Merrick. I've found this book easier to read than the others. Meh, maybe I'm just getting more into the series.

Message in a Bottle... my mom lent it to me because I've finished all my books.

This book I bought in Tesco called A Hat Full Of Sky. Written by the Discworld guy.

I'm rereading pretty much all the books I own... seeing as it's summer and that's what I do every summer. Currently I am somewhere in the middle of the Roald Dahl collection, and I am also rereading the Chrestomanci series by Diana Wynne Jones. Fabulous stuff.

'Rakkety Tam' by Brain Jacques. Well, I've read the first...sentence...so far. Hehehe It looks like it's about some squirrel that's probably possessed, lol.

I moved onto Artemis Fowl now... I'm reading the 3 books again (still need to get the 4th).

Artemis Fowl: The Opal Deception, for I LOVE that series, The Education of Robert Nifkin by Daniel Pinkwater (hilarious!), Restaurant at the End of the Universe (second time), and From the Dust Returned by Ray Bradbury. Still looking for more stuff to read this summer...

Just started reading American Gods by Neil Gaiman after finishing Neverwhere by the same guy (which I thoroughly enjoyed). I ran out of Discworld books but Gaiman co-wrote Good Omens with Pratchett so it seemed like the next good author to start on.

The origin of species by Charles darwin.... yes i'm reading an educational book my housemates have already called me mad! i figured it would be something to do over the summer, so i'm learning about evolution, and where else to start!

The Art of Thinking

My friend looked at me as if I was crazy enough to read it. I'm bored and it's actually more interesting that it looks.

I think I'm going to make a jump to Straight and Crooked Thinking as well.

I juuuuuust finished reading The Opal Deception. I'm re-reading The Golden Compass now, because I just realized that I never finished The Amber Spyglass (the third in His Dark Materials) but if I went to read it now, I'd have no idea what was going on because I read them when I was 10 or something.

So, yay for the Golden Compass! I am also rereading Trickster's Choice, by Tamora Pierce.

Currently finishing up Disney War.

Next I think I'm going to read Pride and Prejudice. My sister had to read it for school and she loved it.
