PHP and PHTML are the same thing. PHTML is just a combination of the extensions PHP & HTML.

Unless someone can come up with a truly good idea that's not like a neopet clone, only then will Neopets get some competetition.

creating your own virtual pets site just makes neopets seem even better since no site could be as good as neopets when noboby is a user

Neo is not that good... I respect TNT, they do a great job, but there are things on Neo that make it less nice to play (unfair icings, restock bans, too much spamming etc.)

I'm doing it with some friends. Its going to be a lot more interactive the neopets. We ask people what they like and dislike about neopets. This helps a lot!
Ours is going to take years to do. We are currently about four people. Still, its amazing that orignal four have stuck together.
