I have a question for those who play Pterrattack game. Which type of ammunition do you prefer?

There is four types of ammunition, I believe: a red one, a blue one, a green one, and a pink one.

The blue ammunition is the most desirable, IIRC. It's been a long time since I played.

i don't like that game its to slow paced for my taste

I prefer the blue ammunition, myself. It spreads out and knocks down everything straight ahead and to both the right and left ahead. Also, it will take out nearly all the colors of pteri with one shot when you get to the highest level blue gun.

I definately prefer the blue one.. but it needs 5 upgrades ... whilst the "red and white flashing one" only needs 3 upgrades and with the first upgrade you can kill a bird in one shot, the second upgrade gives you 2 shots and the last one gives you big long lines which rotate on either side of the screen. If you have this gun and you manage to have a few of these lines in the screen without killing a bird it slows the game down a bit.

Flash red. I like big guns. Therefore I like big ammo.

the blinking red ones are pretty common for me so i upgrade on them..

the line up for favor would be

blinking
blue
red
green

Green

Although I get rid of red or green as soon as a blinking red or blue shows up.

Although I like blue better, blinking red gets powerful faster. My usual policy is if I can get 2 blues before I get a blinking red, I keep the blues, otherwise I switch to blinking red.

Am I the only one who thinks that the weapon you get after 4 blues works better than the one you get after 5 blues? After 5 blues they occasionally tend to pass right through pteradactyls, which then go on to kill me. Or, maybe that's just me.

Can you still get a magical pteri plushie on this game?

To my knowledge they stripped the magical plushie along with every other game that could give them out.

I'm pretty sure they did too. I missed that, I was always aiming for the plushie but stopped giving them away.

I use the red ammo. It shoots, it hits, its simple and it works.

I like the blue and flashing red one myself covers more territory and gets them out of the way faster.

Blue is the best to me. Although it starts out weak it will become strongest later on. Provided you can live till then.

Blinking Red one is best for starting since it has a 1 hit K.O but it has like few upgrades and late game it is pretty weak.

Normal Red is not bad. More upgrade better dmg and beam. Average

Green is da spreader. Average dmg but long upgrade and weak range.

Go Rainbow Gun(Blue) !!!

the flashing one is good but in the end, it get's really weak. i prefer the normal red one myself
