Wow, I hope not! I'd rather have the avatar taken away permanently if that's the case. It would be really unfair of them to freeze us for this, because we didn't know what the link would be like before we clicked it... and it's not like we got a food item we should have paid for or anything.

I saw one person claiming to be iced for giving the link out rather than just clicking it. Way too many people have clicked I reckon for you to be frozen for that but I wouldn't go posting the link anywhere on the neoboards in case that is counted as cheating.

Rumor is you are supposed to have to buy an item worth 40k+ from the restaurant's menu to get the av, so we are exploiting a glitch by clicking on the link. Whether that means a ton of us are going to get frozen, I don't know. I certainly hope not.

How did anybody get in there in the first place? Do you have to do something special? It tells me "I don't have a reservation" and I can't get in...

Have you seen the avatar boards? People are freaking out right and left. There's a couple people on the boards claiming they got iced, but no one really knows for sure.

I haven't seen this much commotion since all of the shops disappeared. People are going nuts. It is almost fun to watch.

And, hey, if we are all frozen for clicking the link, then we will all go down with the ship. *a toast to the ship*

My guess is if TNT does anything, it will be to take the avatar away. Like they did with the backspace glitch in the last war--resetting everyone's scores instead of freezing everyone.

I mean honestly. Think of how many links there are to avatars that don't require anything but clicking on the link. It is TNT's fault if they didn't safeguard this beforehand.

Argggh, I clicked on the link before I realized it was for a new gourmet-type restaurant. One of my Neofriends sent me the link, but she didn't say anything about it. I wouldn't have clicked on it if I had realized it was something you were supposed to pay for... I thought it was just like the other "secret" links we've clicked for avies... Too late now, I guess.

I definately hope I don't get frozen, but I have to say I doubt TNT would do that. Hundreds of people have used that link, and freezing that many people would be a huge thing. Plus, on some avatar help sites and boards, it appears to be just another "clickable" avatar, and totally harmless.

If TNT wants to do anything, they should just remove the avatar from everyone who clicked the link, or even everyone altogether. Sorry, but I'd rather lose 40-60k than my account.

By the way, if I get frozen for this--a mistake made by some coder who forgot to put a special code in to prevent this from happening, I quit. Swear to God. And ifs, ands, or buts. Because, just how the heck were we supposed to know that this was a "special" link and not an ordinary "clickable" link?
