What about that the percentage of a weapon increases by 1% for each movement level up?

For example:
Something only freezes 18% of the time, if you train your movement to say... 200, it freezes about 24% of the time.

If there are more than one thing happening, movement adds to the best option and takes away from the worst.

I like the way they have just started using it. They should make it so, the specilty attacks of some weapons are only avialble if you have large ammout of speed.
Like say, a new weapon could do a little defence, but if you have a certain number of speed points, it will also reflect or attack, maybe even freeze or heal. It could do alot, for all those crappy defensive weapons no one uses.

Agree but it is only a small tiny percentage. Does not affect the entire situation a lot.

I don't get what you mean. At the certain stat range for those robes to work they always work that way. Some of the robes freeze, steal, heal ect. Very good. It does take awhile to get that high of movement and intelligence though.

What it means is that those few items are just a small tiny percentage of the entire battledome experience -- overall, therefore, intelligence & movement still do not affect the battling situation a lot.

It could also be used as a requirement to equip/use an ability of a weapon. Speed could determine if you are agile enough to wield a certain sword and intelligence could determine if you have enough mind power to use a certain scroll.

That could make those newbslayers go buh-bye. o.o

I think the best thing to do is just associate speed with more items.

edit:

Or if they're re-writing the BD, they should just change speed to evade.

Hmm, I don't know if this is good but when two people are in battle, the person with the greater movement strikes first. So, lets say you have 10/100 hit points left and the other person has 85/100 hitpoints left. Well, if you attack first and do 85 damage, the other person is a defeated. If the other person has more movement and attacks first, you're the dead one.
