Question: What was Pac-Man originally titled and why was it changed to Pac-Man? - Umm...I believe it was originally called Puck-Man, and had to be changed as they realised vandals could change it to..well...something rude.

Not sure about the first half, but the second, "Pac" was the sound for biting or something, and since Pac-man is a little dude that eats dots... yeah.
