I still have to work to get it... It's not all about being better than others, it's largely about my outdoing myself. My perfect game would be 2398, so I have a bit to go.

To me, it's quite similar to telling someone to stop restocking chocolate once they get the avatar.

I don't make that much money, so I'll take what I get.

Don't forget, it used to be that they didnt' clear the high score tables.

And furthermore, if it isn't truly hurting anyone, don't tell me how to play.

I do get a decent amount of neomail (and a bunch of neofriend requests which I ignore), and I respond to every one of them that is coherent. My main pet's petpage is also the best guide you'll find to the game anywhere.

Quite different, actually, in restocking, everyone has a chance at it, and someone could just go to the chocolate shop and restock one out of nowhere and get the avatar. The shop restocks quite a few times a day. Trophies last all month.



You only need 1000 points to get the max np possible from it.



But now they do.



It's not hurting anyone, but it'd be kind/nice of the people with the trophies to back down and let others get a try. When I got my Armada Champion trophy, I was already signed up for the next month's games. I could have played again to see if I could make it all month, but I conceded my game to my opponent so they could have a chance at the trophy too.

I know that in real life, there are people who are the best, and will always be the best. However, Neopets is not real life. Therefore, it is okay to ask that people step down from hogging the high score lists so other people can have a try at it.

And I guarantee, once you get to your "perfect score," you most likely will still keep playing up into the 2000s, rather than stopping at 1000, just because of the random chance that you might beat your "perfect score."

Anyways... being as this is a screenies topic, I should probably post a screenie.

Instead of giving up my spot, I instead provide others with strategies to help them score better. It accomplishes very close to the same thing.

I always seem to get the best luck when playing in French. If you couldn't figure it out, it says "A beautiful fire faerie floats down and hands you a Maraquan Petpet Paintbrush." or its something completely different, and that proves my french is really bad. Either way, 250k. ^^

So I got the urge to play in French, thanks to Knives, and the first screen I get this;


The translation is something to the effect of, "What are these strange words? Is it faerie language? In any case, it's not French."
