As of now it's inaccessable... but other TCG cards in the Mystery Island expansion mention that it's home to cannibals.

Theres a story about it in one of the Neopets magazine issues. I think it was the Mystery Island one.. the one with the Island Uni on it. I have it, if I find the story, I can post it here if you like.
