Did you know that the Gamecube Animal Crossing was just a port of an old N64 game that was only released in Japan (Animal Forest). And did you know that the DS can display graphics that are better than N64? Connect the dots.

I've always (since maybe a week ago) found it interesting that Animal Crossing, a game with some of the worst graphics (I don't mean it as an insult; I'm just saying they're N64 graphics) is also one of the most popular GameCube games.
Obviously graphics aren't the most important thing to Nintendo game players. Animal Crossing doesn't really have much of a plot either.
I guess it's just cool like that.

It be cool to meet other playing in AC at the same time. Not just see what they did while you were away. With all the hype building from what i just read right now, I hope they are real careful with what they do next with it. I have seen how the mighty get hurt with hype, but more importantly, i need to play Zelda now. lol.
