You say they used usul weapons? according to idb, no usul weapons heal. i refuse to believe that a pet with good stats uses weak species weapons and purple blob potions. It's level is high but that's needed to rain with that much hp. he obviously isn't labbed or asn't been recently if he has such a good level. I challenged him to see. Still, i doubt even Majal_Kita can heal 120hp with heal

Nope, he doesnt use his wepons to heal, he uses the ability to heal An example up above that he heals 100+ =P or so..

have him take a screen shot, upload it and post it(or give it to you). That might help us see whats up with it
