Apparently someone posted a picture of a something thats... lets just say it's NOT suitable for children in there user lookup.There was a five page topic about it on the Neoboards.Ugh, why do people do this?This is the fifth one this week I've seen this happen.

Those are either a) a new person who just joins to create mayhem, or b) a scammed/hacked account and the person wants to get the account frozen.

I was on the HD for awhile earlier tonight, every other post was something so horrible, sick and unsuitable for any chat, no matter what the age. Finally, the mods were able to get them all cleared and the usernames frozen. All were new people, at least as far as account age. I don't know if it's the infux of people due to the mcdonald's promo or what, but lately there's just been way too much nasty stuff showing up, be it in a shop, lookup, guild or boards.

I know there were like five different topics earlier about a certain guild and the images that were on the guild front - I did NOT go look, but alot of people were really freaked out about that.

I'm afraid the rest of us are going to suffer not being able to have any backgrounds, etc. if this type of nonsense continues and it's just not fair to the rest of us. I know I am very careful and sensitive to things being appropriate on all the lookups, backgrounds and banners I make and offer to people on my petpages.

Between the awful stuff on the boards and the big "hacker" scare going on (the whole thing with the pound and petpages which has got to be a database/server glitch), I had to log out. I just couldn't take it.

I feel truly bad for the mods tonight. They really have their work cut out for them trying to keep up with everything.

Either it was someone who found it funny and wanted to get frozen, someone who was hacked/scammed, or maybe the image was changed under the same url (something along those lines happend to me once, luckily the picture wasn't changed to anything bad)...but, anyway, just report it and let TNT take care of it.

I remember when my guild's old leader had a problem with a pic stealer. They had taken a piece of her artwork, and put it on their userlookup, not even bothering to save it to their own server. So che chaged the picture from a neopet one, to... Well, let's just say they got frozen the next day. I'm sure this person will get frozen as well.

They did...but it took TNT an hour!

Well, that's good then. An hour really isn't too bad for TNT.

An hour isn't bad for anyone who has to monitor millions of accounts. And at 9:30 at night, too.

Neopets is degrading like the Roman Empire...

Anyone to even think of doing things like that have no life whatsoever in which to they feel the need to condone themselves, and do kittens things on a generalpublic site. Unfortunetly, in this day and age, the world is filled with pathetic human beings such as that. It really sickens me. But sadly... There's nothing that can be done about this kind of thing.

I don't know why people do that. I remember someone had posted a picture in their lookup and it was the most disgusting thing I've ever seen in my life. And I've seen some pretty gross things. I wish they'd get a life.
