My account keeps getting logged out each week

Does that happen when I carry too much np or what?

Either someone else is in your ac the same time you are OR it's some bug

If I carry more then 15000 at each reset then i get logged out

Strange..I don't get logged out when I carried more than that amount.Check your bank balance.If your nps is still intact,then it's ok.If you still get logged out everytime,the best thing to do is to make a bug report.

Do you clear your cookies on a regular basis? If so, that is what logs you out. If its not that then, as others have said, send a bug report.

This logging off thingy happens once in a while.Either make a bug report or change your password.

This happens to me sometimes, but it has nothing to do with np.
My computer crashes a lot, and when I turn it back on, I'm logged off of neopets... I guess everyone is right-it is a cookie thing.

I have the occasional log out its probably your cookies?

You computer is probably set to 'save history' for only one week. All cookies get cleared when that time ends and you have to log back in.
