If that doesn't say Slugawoos get revamped...nothing will...all their images for Sluawoo day are all revamped versions.


Am I the only one who doesn't like the revamp? :( I really liked how the slugawoos looked before.

Definetley. Certain pets just shouldn't be happy. C'mon, what would happen if the Greeble ever smiled? (Well, he did once a Neogreeting and it wasn't pretty. O__O) The artwork is wonderful, but I can't picture these guys as a Slugawoo.

I, as well, am not a fan of the new Slugawoos. I didn't really like them before, but I dislike them more now than I did then.

I was thinking the exact same thing, Erin. I'm getting very tired of i's at the ends of names. It gives them more of a cartoony feel. The name Lutari is pretty good though. In any case, while I may not be a fan of the name, I AM enjoying the pet (rather against my will, I must say. I have too many pets as it is). I also like the island version, though, as with all island pets, I wish they'd refrained from garnishing it with silly grass bracelets and that garish red flower.

A maraquan otter? I wonder how they'll accomplish that. ;)

Like the tanizard, I think the original slugawoo lacked style and substance. It had no distinctive qualities. It wasn't scary, disgusting, bizzare, or amazingly well drawn. To me, it's always looked as if it has pitted olives for eyes.
