I just noticed something.
Neopets said they would make paint brushes easier to get.
So this is how....
But people want more then just basic paint brushes, don't they?

Isn't it just because it isn't supposed to be up yet? They can be put in trades at the moment and stuff which isn't supposed to happen. I think once this has been announced in the news as a new thing then all newbie packs will get one - one that can't be sold, traded or transferred.
That said, the point of them is...? I agree with those scratching their heads at this, I sincerely hope this isn't the method of making pbs more affordable

I wonder what the difference would be between a newbie Paint Brush and a normal Paint Brush...they'd probably both do the same thing. I hope this doesn't mess anything up concerning normal and newbie Paint Brushes.

The only difference notable so far is that the newbie one will not be able to be sold, traded etc so they have no monetary value.
