Anyone know the exact seconds the Ice Crystal shop restocks?

Its shop number is 36, so I'm guessing around the 30 seconds area?

The easiest way is to familiarise yourself with the shop. After a few restocks you will know better when it restocks. Most people will only give a vague span of time or even wrong times.
