I'm back from school now and writing my own letter to staff on your behalf since I saw what went on that led to your icing.
I think I still have some staff mails saved in hotmail somewhere, I'll dig up what I can and we'll just go down the list and mail everyone that we can. If the mails bounce back from a few, oh well...it's better to ask for help from as many sources as possible about this.
I'm so sorry what happened....I feel sorta equally angered that the person who took your account had the GALL to THANK ME for being a good friend and sending me a big gift before they self froze you. The nerve...talking to your friends as if they were theirs. Sheesh.
Anyhow...if it's the last thing I do I'm gonna work my tush off and get you de-iced. You are one of the sweetest, kindest friends I've ever had. A stand up person who is the reason people like myself keep coming back to Neopets. Seeing this happen to you is just horrible.

I got my account frozen a couple of months back when someone else accessed it, it took me a good few months to get it back too. When willing in the frozen forms, I strongly suggest including things such as a list of your previous passwords, specific items you received from games such as NQII and also if possible scan some sort of identification with your birthdate on it so you can show that at the very least you are in fact a person with the same birthdate as that of the account (of course, if you put a wrong one in to start with you might have a few problems). Hey, I found someone to help you out. I talked to Carmen about your problem and she said for her to write her as soon as you can so she can start working on looking into this for you. 
She can't do much at the moment because she needs you to write her first so she can get important account info from you to give verification it's yours, which is something I can't give her.

The hardest thing must be losing your pets. You have always been highly articulate here on boards. If your contact wiht neopets about this is hte smae, and I believe it would be, then they shpuld quickly get back to you and get this all cleared up. Of coarse, quick for them is quick for a Slugawoo.

If it was those HahNI and the ogcs people, I have on notepad a board that someone named G Prime wrote on a stolen account - has their website and an aim. They apparently, after taking an account, put screenshots up on their site. I have not and would not go there, so I don't know how much is true or not.

That is soo awesome! Congrats! I am very glad you got your account back, and my username is sir_isaac310, but you don't have to give me anything, we may become neofriends or something like that though.
