I don't think it was a very good idea to advertise her like this. She will get flooded with multiple mails (ppters and lurkers alike) that she may not have time to answer and then just get fed up with it all and send automated responses like everyone else.

And even though it is partly her job, there are more users than employees and answering all the mail she may recieve will increase the chance that she will eventually send automated responses. Just a thought.

Yea, good things shouldn't be mass posted like this. If you come across anyone, then you should just PM them the address of the staffer

Although your heart is in the right place, Axe, I have to agree with the others on this one. A few months back, I told someone the name of the person I had emailed to get my daughter's account back. That person posted his email address on a thread of someone who had been frozen--just trying to be a good samaritan and help another person out. Next thing you know, everyone on earth is coming to PPT hoping to get unfrozen and get names of staffers to email. Shortly after that, we found out that this staff member no longer was able to receive personal emails. Either he blocked incoming emails or he was instructed to do so.

Ya know...

I don't know why you people put "Please lock" in your threads, at the bottom.
Why don't you take the time to PM a mod, and ask politely to have your thread locked. It'd be a lot kinder to us, and it really doesn't take that much time.
