New Look Kougra

yikes, i'm very indecisive now, i was going to paint my faerie kougra baby, or not, i can't decide, the faerie kougra is sort of like the new style, so i think they won't change it, all the same, i think i'll have to put off tmy decision until a week or so.

its not that i don't like the new kougra, it looks much better 3d, but the head, its the head. there is something weird about it. all the same, i can't draw anything as good, so i can't really complain.

I have a kougra. I preferred the old one, it was cuter. I do like the claws on the new one, and I don't like the extension of the nose- the fur on top of the head.

I like it better than the old one, that's for sure! I thought it's head looked odd though, and the eyes look demented. But as long as they don't change the baby Kougra, I'm ok.

I'm planning to get one and make it baby, if they don't change it, unless they change it for the better!

It looks much cuter now. I'd say that I like this version better than the old one. It still looks fierce, in its angry and attack poses, but it looks like a fuzzy wittle cub at the same time.

*shrug* I'm not that big of a fan of "cutesy", but I'll let it pass.

From what I heard...Kougra was based off a Puma cub, so that explains why it looks like that in the revamp.

I hope Mutant looks cool. I never liked the old poses for Kougra, so the new poese will make mutant rock. Unlike Mutant Lupe that shouldn't have been touched...Mutant Kougra should do well in the revamp.

Sadly, I am not a fan of the new Kougra. Before my extended hiatus from Neopets, I was an avid Kougra collector, and the results of my collecting are still in tact at Titania's Kougra Gallery. I loved how the Kougra looked more life-like that other pets. Yes, the style of drawing was sort of 2D, but it looked like an actual cat. The new, more cartoonish style ruins that for me. The change in the head and eyes are what I dislike the most. Oh well, it's not like I'm going to Neopets very often anymore, anyway...it's too bad they felt the need to change the Kougra when there are other pets in much worse shape.

I like it alright. I do think it was an improvement, and they made it a lot less cartoony than they could have.

It's pretty good, not too much of a departure from the old version and it's finally three dimensional-ish. Wish they'd done more with the "sad" pose, though.

I like it. It's a lot 'fuller' than the old version...more 3-D, ya know? I think TNT did a pretty good job on this one.

I know its jsut the shading, but the yellow Kougra looks like its head isn't part of its body.

Besides that, I suppose its an OK update. It's less cartoony, however it possess a certain proper aspect you don't find it a lot of other pets(aside from baby Eyries and any royal pets).
