Eh, maybe the dude who had the gelert just decided to quit Neo, but knew that the others at Neo like the game and would love a pet like that, so he/she put it in the pound!

Yeah,for anyone who's training to fight their pet, those stats are "beginner". That' about where my pet's stats are right now.

I remember putting high leveled desert, faerie and golden aishas in the pound when I wanted to go back to having only one pet. Though that was during the time the faerie fountain was free.

My brother just missed a level 55 poogle at the pound

Its stats were amazing too...
The problem was that he didn't have enough np. It was probably a transfer anyway...

I sometimes take random pets out of the pound, zap them(In the process they sometimes gain pretty good stats) and then put them back to the pound, up for grabs.

Maybe s/he did the same?

Well if you consider that a lot of the higher up pets stats are in the hundreds at a minimum... yeah you could consider it low.

Thats low for featheralley, but for me its a little lower than my lab pet (MY best pet)

The problem is, I adopted it on my friend's account, we were on it together, and I saw him, grabbed him quickly, he is going to be transfered to me shortly. Ill ask him if he has gotten anything.

Actually, cost is determined by level, so since the pet was level 5, it couldn't have been much.

Judging by the level, I'd say it was a lab pet. It's unusual for a pet to have stats that high, with such a low level, unless it was a lab rat.
