Well It all started out when I was on the trading/auctions board. Anyway I saw a 1 week old person and she was selling a glowing paint brush. Usually new members dont know the actual price so I told her i would give her 50k for it. She said she was really 1 year old and this was a new account. Then I told her that I thought she was a newbie. I said " Oh sorry I thought you were a n0Ob, becuz usually n0obs sell things at low prices" or something like that. Anyway after i told her that she saif that she reported me and she didnt tell me why. she said something like " Did you know I protect people" or something weird like that. Anywa I was wonering if I could get frozen for this...

She probably decided that you were trying to scam her. Which, to be fair, you were.

Scamming? No I was just trying to get the best deal. Like I said usually new members don't know the proper price so I try to get a good deal...

Okay. So you were trying to buy something for half the price from somebody who didn't know any better. No, technically it isn't against the rules, but it is not a nice thing to do.

I DONT think you can be frozen for this you are not 'scamming' in the true sense of the word...because its not your fault she didnt know the true price (Do not quote me on this)

It really depends. It depends on whether she really did report you and if so, what you were reported for. I don't think the offer you made would be reportable, just kind of not a nice thing to do. If she reported you for that n word, well people have been warned/frozen for calling someone else that. It's considered harrassment.

I get these very often too. hahahaha.

I sell stuff at a HIGH price and demand a certain price from some people. Those newbs think i am scamming em but actually i was trying to raise the price u see. They report.

Actually, i don't care.

Anyway, u were trying to get the best price. Nothing wrong with that. Frozen should definately not be an option i guess.

Well you didn't really have to be that frank and admit that you thought she was a newbie and were trying to con her.

As for your question though, no, I believe there is no grounds for freezing you for what you have done.

Probably should have used New Member (more common name for new person) than New Member (You basically called him/her an idiot). But I don't think you'll be frozen.
