It did used to be unlimited time for inactivity, and one year for freezings.

They have no legitimate reason to set it to six months, because they never delete the accounts - it's not as if they're freeing up database space or anything.

Seems to me the staff is just too overworked to unfreeze accounts, so they come up with excuses as to why they can't.

Yeah, 2 years of inactivity seems a good time to delete the account. I like the idea of donating the items. too.

I don't think they should be donated to the money tree, but they should definitely be put back in play.
