Why do you pay so much for items?
Like eg plushies for millions? or items and such?

Have you ever been irritated by that items rise like VERY MUCH in prize when a avatar comes out?

Arent you irritated by that??

Lets all have a protest and if we all DONT buy any of the A LOT costing stuff people will have to set down the prices!!

They only want our NP. So DONT BUY ANYTHING costing more than 30.000 NP then prices will fall! I hope?...

It's an interesting idea, and I would really like to take part, because I love protests. But this sort of thing only works if EVERYONE in the whole of neopia joins in. Besides, a lot of items are above tht price because they are extremly rare, and thats part of the fun.

LIke with the recent Mazzew stuff. How gutted would you be if yu brought something for 1mill then everyone suddenly started only buying it for 40K?

there is NO IDEA in stuff costing more than 100K!!

Then no one can buy it like easy. Neopets have become infiltrated with too high prices!

If it was free and "Found all over the site" as neopets say a lot more people would even know what the maps wore!

So if lazy TNT would give out some more maps prizes sure also would fall!!

If everything was buyable then it would be no fun, we would all have what we want.

ex: Plushie pbs are about 1.2 million. I'd say there are about 15-20 for sale at a time.
You cant RS them, and they're rare, so the price is high. Even if people didn't want them, the price stays high.
The more the items of a kind there are, the cheaper it gets.

The inflation and economy on neopets is really cool, it makes thing interesting. The problam is, is everything was cheaper, say, under 100K, people would be able to afford everything just from playing a days worth of games. Restocking would lose it's point entirely. Galleries would be boring and pointless, and there would be nothing to SAVE for.

And unfortunately, PPT is not the majority of Neopians, and I don't think that if every single PPT'er joined your moevement, it would even make a dent in the economy.

Ok, say there is an item and it is worth 30000 np. It is worth that because it is rare and because people are willing to pay that because they really want it. Ok, you just spun the wheel and you won one. What do you do? Don't tell me that you will put it in your shop for less than that, because you'd want your money, right? If you actually underprice you stuff, that is nice of you, but very few people do that to "be nice".

It's a case of supply and demand. If there's something rare that everyone wants then of course it's going to cost a lot. It would be pointless if everyone could afford everything, there would be no incentive to actually work to get your NP anymore.

If you'd spend your time complaining of the imaginary price of a bunch of pixels... you need help.

Either earn the NP, or go protest against everything in the world that homeless people are apparently too poor to get...

Supply and demand is what makes this game a challenge.
