that is improper grammar. stupid neopets.
it SHOULD be:
A crafty swordmistress who will relieve your purse of a few Neopoints without YOUR feeling a thing

Actually no, they're correct. :)

actually, NO THEY ARE NOT. feeling a thing is a gerund phrase. the subject of a gerund is ALWAYS POSESSIVE. please don't tell me i'm wrong if you have no evidence to back it. don't go by the 'it sounds right' rule either. pick up an english book.

Not need to go mad at me. I'm taking English at A Level so I do know how to use correct grammer. I don't wish to offend you but you need to take the sentence in the correct context.

how can one take grammar advice from one who cannot spell the word? I explained that in such context the phrase is a gerund phrase. A gerund phrase must have a posessive subject, which it doesn't. it's not the first time neo hasn't used proper grammar i'm always spotting it.

Look, I don't want to get into an arguement with you over something so petty. We'll agree to disagree, okay?

There's no doubt in my mind that I wish i had your discerning intellect, and cared about things like spelling mistakes as much as you do. It genuinely makes things of importance seem petty. For which myself and twinkle, im certain, thank you.

Rule 13. If the gerund has a pronoun in front of it, use the possessive form of that pronoun.
Examples I appreciate your inviting me to dinner.
I appreciated his working with me to resolve the conflict.

Although even I am not rude enough to fight over a silly grammatical error.
