Why do I get the feeling that no matter when you go to that page, it shows you that?

Well I've tried many times and I still cant get into the premium program

had this toolbar as part of beta tests... deinstalled it, nothing functional, i prefer my bookmarks :3

The toolbar reeks and even blocks pop ups on its own site. Stick with google, its blocked 6000+ for me.

If you want the toolbar, you can ask someone to IM it.

The only good thing is the neopets favourite sites but I found it was more of a waste of toolbar space.

You know what? The toolbar stinks, and it doesn't work on FireFox. It's no big loss. And it sets off my spyware detector.

The only useful features I ever used on that toolbar is the neopets quicklinks and the My Favourites list, since it's conveniently placed, fast and has a larger click area(In fact, I still keep the toolbar just for that one feature). I keep the Pop-Up Blocker off at all times too...it just isn't as good as the old good google pop-up blocker...and for the e-mail button...I don't have a neomail account. Same for the portal link.

Really, you don't really miss that much if you don't have the toolbar.
As for the spywares, my anti-spyware never detected anything...
