I have a (minor) obession with his music. He's a British musical composer who did Phantom, Jesus Christ Superstar, Cats, and many many others. I've been walking around singing music from the Phantom ever since I heard the cast recording...... Anyway, what's your favorite ALW musical, if you have one?

My sister worked with the guy who will be playing the lead in the new musical Webber wrote about John Candy. He was amazing. They were in a production of Chicago and he was playing Mama. :D It was a thing of beauty.

I wish I could see all of them. Living in the middle of nowhere is a big disadvantage though.

Sums it up nicely. I love Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.. I was in the local production twice, and it was by far the most fun play I've ever been in. I was so proud of myself for memorizing the colors in that one song.. haha.. "It was red and yellow and green and brown and scarlet and black and ochre and peach and ruby and olive and violet and fawn and lilac and gold and chocolate and mauve and cream and crimson and silver and rose and azure and lemon and russet and gray and purple and white and pink and orange and blue!"

Sock (that's her PPT name) is an Evita fan too. Often the two of us will be chatting, and one of us will randomly spout off a random line, and the other will type up the next one. **geek**
I have the entire thing memorized. And have since 1996.

"Peron has resigned from the army and this we avow, the descamisados are those he is marching with now. He supports you, for he loves you, understands you, is one of you, if not, how could he love me?"

Erm. Yep. I like Evita. A lot. ^_^ I also want to see the stage version of Phantom badly, I've only seen the movie.

Know what's really annoying?

When I moved, Stu gave me this big box of books and DVDs.

Evita was in there.

I was gonna watch it the other week.

Open the box...it's empty. ::bangs head on keyboard::

And of course, he wasn't home, and I keep forgetting to ask him about it every time he is. =P
