PSP is a pixel program when means that when you blow an image up it will pixelate it and not keep the original pixels in the same place. If you really want to check then shrink the MP pic to the size of the pictur eyou think is the answer

I don't actually blow it up; I use the magnifying glass tool to zoom in. MPs always match up pixel for pixel (I've won many times).
