Could you please use the form? It is in my first post. All you have to do is copy it and paste it into your post. Then you fill in the blanks with what you want.

Using the form makes it easier because then I know everything that you want and I don't have to worry if I missed something.

Hyperion, I'll get started on it right away. I"m a little confused by your directions, but I'll just go for it. If it isn't what you wanted, give me some more feedback and I'll try to get it closer to what you envisioned.
