I don't believe there are random events for the other stat points.

I am wondering though if they changed the icon for this RE, is it still the shaking jubjub?

I dunno, exactly how stronger (str/def)

Is there a region of neopets that you get MORE random events than any other place?

i think there's been some talk about this on the general board recently (but not too). some folks say that the advent calendar is rife with re's, but i've never gotten one there. . . but there's the general logic that more page refreshes make for more random events, so playing the non-flash games like neoquest and cellblock and pyramids and such increases your chances - not because they're more special, just mathematically.

I can agree to that. I also find it when I am checking shop wiz prices and things like that. The more pages you can vist the better the chance, lol. Might be the only reason I play the non flash games.
