Yep, keep Felicia, Bryan, Marielle, actually just about all the staff - and add to it so things can be done more efficiently with less "hang time" waiting for an answer and less stress on staff trying to keep up with requests, questions, etc. Have specific staff to handle specific issues - again with enough staff so you're not waiting 2 months or forever for an answer. Also I would like to see all the staff kept truly up to date on the T&C, including monitors. There's been too many times where people have written in about the same thing and get an answer that directly conflicts with the T&C, or get an "I think", "I don't know", "it may be ok" type of answer. That's not staff's fault. I love the NeoStaff, I think they do a great job. I just don't think they're getting the information they need all the time.
The owner(s)? Dohring, et al - I'd love to see them vanish. They may be very good businesspeople, but they lack, IMHO, what's needed to run a good interactive virtual escape-from-reality website. I would even be willing to donate to the Let's Get Adam and Donna Back as the Owners of Neopets Fund.

What's Needed:
As Val said, and I've said and Morningstar and many others:
A full and complete TOS with an easy to read
complete list of dos and don'ts (kind of like the chat rules are - much easier to read than the TOS, less vague too). Unwritten rules need to be written - covering shields with custom ones, using css to just blank the sidebar - not disable links, just don't show it (lookups have been getting cleared for that lately), what words can you/can't you say -- and other unwritten rules I can't think of at the moment; along with clarification on multiple accounts can and can'ts. Heck, have someone send me the dos and don'ts - I'll write them up a nice clear list (used to be a legal secretary and live for things like this).
The ability to be able to transfer items between our own accounts without having to worry we're going to be frozen for .... something. Also the ability to transfer pets between accounts - only your own, as Val said, even add an extra fee so you don't lose your pet if you want it on a different account.
More understanding and action on TNT's part re: people DO share computers - not accounts, but a computer which means it'll have the same ISP and stop mass freezing people when they're freezing a family or roommates for "multi-account". Add a form somewhere where you can write in and list every username, email, dob that is on that computer and have it flagged. Oh, and the people on that list should be able to send each other an item or gift, like for a birthday, holiday - whatever, again without having to fear being frozen (seen this one alot!)
Definitely less glitches/lag especially now that people are paying to use the site. Paying means people expect (within reason) that a site will be up and running without daily, constant problems.
Banner Ads - if they can't be gotten rid of (which it appears they can't) then get rid of the adware/spyware that comes with them. Find a new Network that doesn't try to sneak Active X and other bad junk onto peoples' computers.
