Um, yep. Thought I'd save some board space.

First, during the Neo birthday glitch I lost a Draik Trans but got back a Pirate Paint Brush and pppb, but I'm afeared to do anything with them o.o

I sent in a glitch report and got back the automated response last month. I'm still waiting for them to disappear, or something, but nothing's happening. What do I do?



-Secondly-, I'm searching for the Neopet I created when I first signed up. My comp. crashed halfway through creating, and I assumed I'd lost the pet. I made another Kougra, but then saw the first was on my active pet page, but not born yet.

Being the naive newbie I was, I assumed I could not take care of two pets with 300 np and put the Green male Kougra in the pound, and kept my Blue one, Kiona_K.

Why am I telling you this? Because I'm now curious what happened to that second pet. I'm pretty sure its name is a variation of "Kiona" or "Kiona_K" (e.g., Kiona_Kay or something). If anyone has any ideas or info on finding it, I'd be very grateful.

First off, dont worry about Pirate Paint Brush and pppb, alot of weird stuff happened to people at that time and some people even got messages saying "wow i guess you were lucky you got that extra item then!" or something to that effect, I think they have taken the attitude that if you lost anything then theres nothing they can do and if you gained anything then congrats to you! So feel free to sell or whatever.

And about that pet, unless you want to manually type in every combination of its name then I dont think theres much you can do. Sorry. Hopefully someone nice adopted it and is looking after it well! or it may have been in an inactive account and the name may be available to use now, so you might be able to create a new pet with that name.

I have to second jxox regarding the birthday glitch. I lost items that I had put in my SDB during that time period but regained everything that I had taken out of it during that time period--like deja vu. I waited for a while and then sold the extra items--figured that the extra items would make up for some of the things that I had lost. And, no one from Neopets said anything about it. So, I think you are safe in selling the stuff you got--to make up for what you lost.

Same thing with the extra items I received -- I submitted a bug report, but nothing came of it it. I actually ended up giving most of the duplicated items away to users that had lost items, so hopefully it all balanced out with everyone.

Thanks very much! I'll be keeping them as backups in case anything should happen to my pet's color... like a chia flour incident o.o Good to know TNT is letting it balance itself out this way.
