No I think Majors come before Captains in the chain of command. I could be wrong though.

Hmm... a hard question...

How many muscles does the average human have?

Question No. 12832 :
How many muscles are in the entire human body?

The number of skeletal, or voluntary, muscles in the human body is approximately 640.

:P

shrodingers cat .. riddle, is easy.
if you were to introduce a radioactive isotope into a sealed box alongside a cat, would it be dead and alive at the smaae time.
stupid question you might ask, but qauntem physics states that for somthings state (IE: death to living) there must be an outside observer, so with the cat in a sealed box (and ergo nothing to say its dead) then theoreticly the cat would be simeltaneously dead and alive.
makes no soddin sence to me (the experiment) but it was only an example he gave.

Why do dogs get such a bad rep in so many idioms? (die like a dog, work like a dog, treated like a dog, lapdog, bulldog, dog days, she's a dog...)

Do what you will; but I will hinder it if I may.

Thanks for calling me idiot....

And its Captain first....

Are we stupid for not using most of our brain, or smart for not unlocking a terrible power that could be tapped in to when using the whole brain?

We use all of our brain, it's just we're only using 10% of the cortex at any given time.

That's sort of what I meant. But what if we used a full 100%?

Blood drainage, my friend.

EDIT: Any etymologists around here? I really want my dog question answered...
