The question: Will you please take Draik Eggs off the food list for them? Nobody feeds them the eggs, and the ones that sit there for weeks just lessen chances of feeding.
The answer: The Kadoaties in the Kadoaterie do ask for totally random things. Kadoaties that ask for Blue Draik Eggs are incredibly rare, they just tend to stay there longer as their demands are so outrageous.
I have spent upwards of months there recently.
it isn't true.
Doesn't surprise me actually. The funny thing is the week before they had a similar question in the editorial and it was promised that it would be looked into. The following week we see the typical response if anything should be wrong.. looks almost auto-repondery but what can you do?

That issue was from the beginning of December. So, it's been almost two months and those kadoties are still there asking for blue draik eggs. Unbelievable. That's a pretty long time to stay and ask for one thing. TNT really should look into that.

I think that the Kadoaties should ask for items OTHER than food as well. Like grooming items!

It's been that long? It has to be a bug of some sort. It's annoying. I'd feed them, but there is no way I can buy that sort of thing for them.

The recent magazine entry was just a clarification of how unfair the Kadoatry is and some soft-talking to try and make us feel better. Let's just face it, a few of the staff members must be identified and hit on the head with a mallet. That is the only way to relieve oneself from the convenient short-sighted memory lapses they seem to have.

I don't understand why they don't just make it a set time limit-- if Kadoatie X hasn't been fed within 48 hours, it is removed. I really doubt that having 75% (or more) of the kads asking for Blue Draik eggs was what they had in mind when they decided to make the Kadoatery.

I don't know. Some of the things that go on in there used to shock me. I would not be surprised if this really was really all part of a nasty conspiracy.

So why not add a time limit? It has to be some sort of conspiracy. Or stupidity.

Probably because that's a bit too logical and might actually work?

Think of the balance of the game! Think of how many people would be able to get the avatar if that happened, then people would stop prebuying food they forget about and end up buying again. It could cause the whole neopian economy to crash to a grinding halt!!

*laughs* Good point.

I think the maximum the kaddies can ask for is r95.. so I think they can just change the rarity of the blue draik eggs to r96 and everything will be solved?

It just so happens that blue is r95, green is r96, yellow r97 and red r98..
Minis happen when.. for example 6 out of 8 kads are fed.. maybe the other 2 asked for more expensive items.. and are fed perhaps 5 minutes later. The main restock 30 would then contain 6 of the firstly fed kads and and the "mini" would then "restock" approximately 5 minutes after the main restock.. but after a while.. they tend to merge into a main restock again..
It's getting harder as more of the draik egg kads appear.. and it doesn't help that the flash banner slows me down a lot.. x.x
Wished I had fed them all before the flash banner appeared.. but I had far too many things happening in school that time to really do much...
Good luck to all going for the av! I think i need about 20 more..

I would like to see a system where if a Kad isn't fed in a certain amount of time, 48 hours is good, longer (like a week) would be OK, then they disappear. Or making Blue Draik Eggs non-food or raising the rarity would work too I guess.
I hate to say it, but even back when the board was fairly clear when I got my 28 Kads, I still had trouble feeding. I don't think it will unbalance the game. If anything, it will RE-balance the game. The only people feeding now probably have very fast connections, fast computers, and fast fingers. I don't think that's very fair. I doubt I'd have 1 kad now if I were back on my dial-up.
They could have given away that Kad you're supposed to be able to get from the Kaddie Shack, too! THAT, my friends, is the REAL conspiracy.

I'd say it's pretty unbalanced how it is right now. A novice feeder had a rough time when they had 12 chances; now, when there's only 4 or 5, they're competing for fewer kads against seasoned feeders who have it down to a science.

I think they should limit the amount a Kadoatery's you can feed in a day that would still give others (like me

a chance to at least get 1 for the trophy. he same people keep getting in time after time why don't they buy the drake eggs to we can have a chance?

The tnt has to get their head out of the clouds, they dont even BOTHER to look into things before they come up with an answer (feel free to ad an adjective before 'answer'...)
