Those neggs that were supposed to come out recently. You know, the treasure map one and the other three.

Potion of Purest Red. Does 100% nothing. (I know because I actually spent the np to test it )

I saw one restock today, they are most certainly there.

Add the techo plushies to your list. September 13, 2004, they announced the pirate, baby, maraquan, and tyrannian techo plushies. But none are around as of yet.

Neoitems has a great MIA list--items talked about by Neopets but not yet showing up in the search engine or on the shop wiz.

I know those gross gnomes that were relased s little while ago were never activated

The Kanrik Collectable card announced on Nov. 16th has also not been released. They completely forgot about it, it was supposed to be card#349 (as the image was saved as that number) but the new buzz avenger card was saved over its image -____-'

And a few Pteri Plushies are MIA as well that were announced in the news. I'll
try finding out when.

The Toy Shop has some new Pteri plushies on sale including Speckled, Rainbow and Purple.
Neoitems had another that had been uploaded to the site around that same time that were never released. Not sure if the fit in with this: Baby Pteri Plushie.

The Fire Flail has been announced but left unreleased for quite a long time...I think. Also the Kacheek Flour and various Full (species) Armours- either that or they're really really rare.
