I have a strange way of doing it Alex. I do the set BEFORE (more like SETS) the requirements and I pick my favourite which meets the requirements.

Obviously, if you're on the magical list on the first page, you can participate. There are 35 of you. I think it might be the biggest turn out yet.

I'm going to state this once. Avs can be no bigger than 80x80, and sigs no larger that 400x100.

Also, if you have any questions, feel free to post here or PM me. If I scare you for some odd reason, PM either vkceankraz or Marissa. (They've been judging here the longest.)

Program used: PSP 9 and Microsoft Paint (reeeeally trying to make stuff with PSP only, but I haven't been able to so far. I'm getting there, though.)
