Rather adorable I think :D

It looks like some sort of bird with a weird feather growing disease o_O

Hehe, yup, it's a budgie :D His name is Whipper and he lives in New Zealand. Declared a mutant by the vet. The poor little thing got rejected by his mother, but was well taken care of by humans instead. In addition to the strange feather formation he also makes strange sounds and chirps.

New Zealand seems to have a knack for creating odd overly furred/feathered animals like that.

Like Shrek the sheep!

Had enough wool to make 20 suits by all accounts :P

It was totally Spira's idea!

Can you actually become albino? I always thought you had to be born that way.

Vitiligo can be caused by reactions to drugs or medications. And I HAVE heard of hair turning white due to extremely stressful situations.

But as for going albino, as it were, I'm not sure how totally possible it is.

entirely, certain genetic damage can cause it (radiation and drugs as you said) though ive heard of other things causing it.
albino is so much a mutation of the gene (hair and eye colour obviously) as a lack thereof.
causing damage to the specific genes (or removing them) reverts the colour back to its pre-specified colour, which is white for hair (as you age you hair turns white, possibly due to said gene degradign over time, but im not sure) and pink for eyes.

Welll... when you get old your hair simply stops creating the pigment it used to have, and therefore it has only the "base" color.

When you have albinism you fail to produce melanin, the photoprotective pigment (which makes us brown when we tan, for instance). When even your eyes are affected by this, basically what happens is that the pigmentation of the iris and choroid are lacking causing light to penetrate directly through the structures of the eye rather than only through the pupil.

That poor sheep up there looks like he's simply drowning in his wool! Sort of sad really, he's probably really hot and uncomfortable. *pets sheepy* I heard of Mike the Headless Chicken before, and it's really sad. Chickens are adorable. Hehehehe, my friend has a pet rooster. Heheheheh, I like chickens! O.O

Prepare to see the cutest little hybrid kitty-cat ever. I found it on the site CrewWolf just posted. He's a tabby crossed with an African Wild Cat...

*squeaks from the kwootness REALLY loud* He needs a hug!

Ligers are pretty cool... I mean, a 12 foot long cat? Who wouldn't want one?

I've always wanted a Zorse, ever since I saw a picture of the most adorable Shetland-Zebra cross... bay pony with stripes. Cutest thing ever. And there's Zonkeys, too!

Image

The tigon pic is creepy in a cool way... the effect on the eyes, I guess.

It kinda looks like a ghost, very greyish and pale-ish which makes it look ghostly.

That one's cutey, but I found one cuter. Behold the servical!

Image

It's a cross between a caracal and a serval, both wildcats.
