But surely all the Neo Koi are the same species (albeit not the same species as earthly koi), and Baby, Spotted, Red, etc., are just color phases (I think that's the term even when it's a lasting, not seasonal, color, like white tigers).

:P Well, I would think that a Darigan Aisha would have a different species than an Alien one. They should have Neopets Taxonomy somewhere. :P

EDIT: BTW...no ragging on Biology. That was my best class in school. :P

A balloon version of Nemo with demonic eyes, maybe. :P Just kidding. Hey, I just realized that its fin its sort of transparant. That's kind of cool, just about all the Baby Koi has going for itself.
