In White River city in Meridell. You can't get to her until you have defeated Zombom, so the bridge into the other part of the city opens.

Right, so, I'm in Insane. I'm in Terror Mountain, on the South Pass, both Rohane and Mipsy are level 22.

The current skills I have:
Rohane - 11 Critical Attack, 10 Innate Melee Haste
Mipsy - 11 Direct Damage, 10 Innate Casting Haste

What skills should I go for now? And also, what skills should I go for with Velm and Talinia when I get them?

Rohane - Increase Damage or Stun are always good bets.
Mipsy - A little bit of defense never hurt anyone, but then again never did more of what you have. 15 Direct Damage is nice, but on Insane it might be better to go for Group Speeding; That way you don't have to rely on speed potions.
Talinia - Increased Bow Damage is good, as is Multiple Targets. I'd go for those first. Then work on either Shockwave or Haste; your choice.
Velm - Max Group Heal first! As long as you have Velm safe, Group Heal should keep the whole party up to snuff. Haste is the second thing you should work on. Anywhere between 10-15 should be good. Then Group Shielding of Defense. Again, your choice.

Rohane - level 19
Mipsy - level 19

Before first battle with Ramtor on Insane.

My points are as follows:

11 in Critical
7 in Damage Increase

13 in Direct
5 in Group Damage
---

Will I be able to defeat him?

Don't quote me on this, but I think you should be alright -- just make sure you've got a lot of potions :)

Gone, forever.

You'll be fine against Ramtor, but that will leave you at the beginning of Chapter 2 with Leximp to face before you can buy any more potions. Leximp is harder than Ramtor, I'm not sure that Level 19 will be safe for him, not on Insane, anyway. So that will leave you fighting to gain levels with no way to restock healing potions if you run low, which is VERY dangerous on Insane.

So personally I'd suggest gaining a few more levels before you kill Ramtor, boring as it is.

I was at Level 21 when I killed Ramtor on Insane, it meant I could go straight for Leximp without doing any more leveling.

I also think you should gain more levels for the stupid Demonic Grarrls on the top floor of Ramtor's Tower. x-x

I just got to the little town thing of Lakeside, but I have *nomoney*. I had enough to stay at the inn in case I die...but I don't have money to buy potions or any weapon/armor upgrades. Go on without it, or level up in the areas around the town until I have enough money? and then, which upgrades should I buy - armor or weapons, and Rohane or Mipsy? I don't have the time to get every single upgrade...

Don't ever buy upgrades to Mipsy's wands. She doesn't use them to attack, the only useful upgrade are the ones you get frm bosses (or monsters, on Evil or Insane) which give bonuses to her various skills.

Other than that, it's your call. Your next set of upgrades will be in Seaside, where accoring to the In-Depth Neopedia, you'll be getting 20 weapons/armor and 8 robes for Mipsy.

Depending on what you have now and how much of a problem you're having with Mipsy-death, I might be tempted to wait and only buy her robes at every other stop while you're short of cash.

Haven't had any Mipsy-deaths yet, but I went straight to Lakeside after getting her. So - I think I'll get Rohane a sword. Thank you :)

Has anyone encountered a glitch with NQII involving the page scripts?

I'm playing in the lost desert and during a battle the page didn't load right. The enemies and banner are way off to the right. They nearly double the page width. The battle information and my characters are down the page. They loaded below the left side of the tool bar and are justified all the way to the left side of the page. When I selected my next action, it loaded normally.

I'm finally back for the summer, although hopefully I'll spend a little more time away from this screen.

That happens to my all the time. I just bumped it up to another weirdness with firefox. Is that what you're using by any chance?
