I'm wondering because a lot of people at my school say they don't like school, but when they give it some thought, they say they do. I, for one do like school. :)

Well, I'm homeschooled so I never really experienced actual school. So, from my homeschooling I'll say yeah its ok.

like school, technically. it doesn't mean I won't hope for snow to get out of an extra day of school, or complain in the mornings, or not enjoy vacations.

but I still like it, mostly because I'm one of those crazy people that *gaspshockdie* actually LIKES to learn things. also my friends and such.

Not really. Not the school part, at least. I love seeing my friends though, it's the good part about it =P

I agree with that. Oh...and cooking class is good too, when we get to eat stuff. (like the chocolate pudding we made today :D)

I can't say I ever loved school, I always had my complaints (doesn't everyone?) but I didn't not like it, I liked going to class, I liked the teachers and I liked learning (even if it did get a little boring at times). I can however say that I did NOT like the vast majority of the other students at the school.

Me too. :) High Five for our rare breed! :P

Actually, it really depends on your school environment and your mindset. if you are in a lousy school with a lousy curriculum and lousy teachers it would be no surprise that you hate school. On the other hand, if you totally hate learning and prefer goofing around and slacking, then no matter how good your school is and how excellent the teachers are you will still hate it.

Who likes having to work? Who loves having to study for exams and squint at the board because the ink's fading?

It's natural for us to prefer rest :P Though, in my opinion ... school's actually okay.
