Ok some people know I'm saving up to paint my pets. Well, one day I totally spent my savings ALL OF IT! SO now I'm going to start a new buisness.

Put 2000 neopoints in the bank each day (Miss a day, still have to put it in just a lil more)

Collect interest

Weekends just put 2000 in and or if missed a day

Week days put every single neopoint in.

And if you wanna know what Colors I want to paint my pet I'll list them

Acara: Marquan (whatever makes them llook like a squid)
Wocky: Pirate
Lupe: Faerie
Kacheeck: Baby

That sounds good to me. Sometimes a good system is all you need. I put half of what I make from games and my shop into the bank. Also, anything I "win" (Meaning: np from an RE or contest, etc.) I put it all into the bank. When my np hits 1k, I put the thousands into the bank. If I want to buy something that day, I keep the thousands out. Also, whenever I restock, I just take 50k out. I can usually make around 200k a restock, so I come out with a decent profit.

I'm currently trying to save up for a Maraquan Paint Brush.

My way of doing it is banking the np i have on hand to the nearest 10k. if u get what i mean. Like if i have 18k i would play games to get to the 20k and bank that.

Then i have another account that i put most my np in, so i cant be tempted to spend it without haveing to mess about to do it

I remember having a plan of getting 100k every month, maybe I should just continue with it.

I just put 5,000np in the bank when I save it up, e.g., if I have 7,500np I would put 5,000np in the bank and keep 2,500np on hand.

I always work toward a goal. It's much more easier I guess you could see short-term goals as something like 5k a day in the bank That'll save up pretty fast

Sounds like a good plan but you won't get very far.
I tend to have 2500NP on hand, and put 5000NP in the bank from games and stuff.

Thanks for your comments! I was looking at referral prizes, and the 10th referral is a random paintbrush, which would help me a lot. Otherwise then I'm just gonna keep saving!

thats a good plan, especially if you can stick with it, i have printed out like the pictures of the pb i would love to get, and stuck it next to my monitor to remind me not to overspend! maybe thats a bit over the top, but it helps.

also remember to treat yourself by setting small goals, like i say, ooh i reached 100k today, i'll buy that snowglobe i wanted to stick in my shop

That's a really good idea A lot of people I know simply divide what they earn in a day and put it in the bank and spend the rest or if they choose, also but that in the bank ^_^ Works wonders.

I do something similar in 100k intervals. When I hit 125k out, I put 100k away and use the 25k to rs until I get back up to that level. Works wonders. ^_^

Good plan, I'm not pacient (sp?) enough to do that. But it seems like it'll work

My plan- Play the freebies and occasional games. I've achieved my first goal (Krawk) and am well on my way to the lab map thanks to a friend who gave me six pieces.

Browse aroudn neopia more and play freebies ... trust me you will find a codestone .. and codestones equal =5500 .... 5500 means your pets will soon be colored!
