hmmm, looks like a squaring puzzle, but not sure how to advance. ANd how can it have numbers yet NOT be a number?

People say to look at the past LCs. There are now 99 of them ! LOL

bleh... it came out two hours ago-ish, while I was maiming people and driving like a fool in GTA:SA ... serves me right. Still, I got the answer based on gthe first two hints.

and to answer someone else's question, the pot has been increased to 10 Mil for this conundrum... be interesting if it stays that way, though. :}

imho, that was far too easy for the 100th puzzle.
