I mailed the support staff regarding my problem with the lack of a response to my frozen issue, and got this but a week after sending the question (excellent!).

Hi,

Thanks for writing! The account was frozen for repeated violations. Unfortunately due to the number of warnings issued for that account, it is unlikely it would be reactivated, but your second unfreeze request is still pending. Sadly I can provide no more information on this matter.

If you have any other questions, don't forget to include the entire text of this e-mail with your username clearly at the top. This will help me better address your situation.

I'm not very concerned about the warning issue, as I'm sure I can make my case on that (It'll be a LONG, LONG battle, though, of that I am assured), but it makes it seem as though I do actually stand a chance of being unfrozen.

A toast to the Support staff at Neopets. This is the sort of thing that reminds me why I'm still trying to get the account back :P

How many warnings did you have then?

Congrats, by the way!

If I had to count the total I had over TWENTY-TWO MONTHS, it would be, say, nine (I don't actually know; I could say 7-9 most safely), and at least 4, give or keep two, of which I feel were unjustified.

Yes, there was a point where I was much more immature and did stupid things, but those days are (mostly) behind me. The last warning I ever received before I had been iced came over two weeks ago regarding my "God-capitalize" incident.

It's a mixed blessing, as I see it. I got a reply that foretold of a reply from the Frozen staff, but on the other hand, it was hardly an optimistic one.

Omni, how long have you been waiting for a reply on your frozen form. I sent one in, got an auto reply about 3 weeks later. I sent back a reply for more info but still havent heard anything. I was wondering if you have any advise. I dont want to bombard them with emails and them get annoyed with me & decided to keep me frozen for that reason.

that is really suprising considering that neopets almost never reply to messages.

I think i'm going to have to try this. It's really fustrating not getting a response.

There's one problem with that, and it's that the support staff cannot unfreeze you- they can only give you information, but it is good information with which to track the things that you've sent in.
