Right now, (correct me if I'm wrong), Its going on the TP for about 700k?

Or you can sell it to me for 70k.

Yes, but those were war prices. The current price now (in the BD Chat anyways) is about 550k. You can also get some lower if someone else doesn't offer higher than you.
