She does need it. She lost a lot of stuff in the SDB glitch and never filed a bug report.

And, I can think of a few others also--people who were wrongfully frozen, and therefore starting from scratch, but may be too embarassed or proud to post.

Maybe, they should PM you about it.

I haven't been frozen--yet. But, my husband in June 2003 and my daughter's account was frozen last December. Both got their accounts back after we sent letters--so maybe that was it. However, I am known as the glitch faerie. Just ask Everconfused or Tonu. I have been hit by more glitches than I care to remember and have complained about them enough to make fellow PPTers want to scream, at times, I am sure.

Anyway, good to see you back. PM me if you have any questions/need help, etc.
