Read for you look upon wise sayings: The Moderators are Idiots

There must be a new staffer having too much fun with the (wrn) and the (frz) button. And the Neoboards are heck to post on, and you shouldn't have been warned for being nice! A moderator is telling a LOT of members they wanna be fired by warning them without proof, which HAS happened (I'm pretty sure MorningStar (sp?) has proof, it happened a while ago to my understanding though) and the moderators just took the report happy person's word for it...

I stay as far away from posting unless it's ABSOLUTELY needed, its how i got FOUR warnings on my previous account until it was frozen (not from warnings *twitches*)

*coughYou Can send jellies my way if you can't find a plave to get rid of them, I have to feed my pets :) Cough* xD

I just learn to deal with it...

As in never posting on the neoboards...

I also had the thought earlier on the other PPT post today of:
"Don't you know a decent number of us PPTers totally avoid the Neoboards?"

And you just proved why too... No flaming intended.

I went there because I had no CHOICE. I was dead-set on that giveaway. Yes, I never visit the NeoBoards unless there is a good reason to or I'm REALLY, REALLY bored, because although discussion on PPT can actually have quite a bit of substance and the people here are always nice (or at least try to be :P), people don't post quite as often as on, say, the NeoBoards or a chatroom, etc.

Yea, I just wouldn't go to the neoboards. Ever.

Why can't they make a good rules page? The only reason I can find is that if they did that, then they couldn't freeze forthings they just didn't like that weren't on the rules page... Which is how it should be.

if you need to find people to give them to, camp at the money tree yourself and give a jelly to everyone who donates there.

There's another problem with the Money Tree, and it's that most people just give away stuff like Eye mashed potatoes, crumbled omelettes, et cetera- in other words, they don't out of charity, but out of just wanting to get rid of stuff.

PLUSHIE! I'M A GUY! X.x

I don't think I could give away a thousand anyway, and what if people really didn't want it that much? That's why I turned to the NeoBoards. Sometimes I'm suicidal or simply defiant, and I'll probably go right back to the NeoBoards and start the giveaway again.

Was that not what you were doing, to some extent?

Don't get me wrong, it's terrible that you were warned for being kind, and many neoboarders are idiots, but donating to The Money Tree is still helping someone, somewhere. =)

Helping someone who just wants to fill his (or her) coffers while leaving the REALLY poor people to rot.

Yes, I said that I needed to get rid of the stuff because I got so much of it. I thought it would be easy to give away; maybe I should just have settled for 250 :P But my original intention was just to give a thousand good people around the site stuff for Christmas and the New Year.

i say make some trades with a few jellies in each and put the wishlist as "free to a good home" that'll at least get rid of a few more.

its a nice idea, but hard to actually carry out unfortunately :(

It's in the Terms and Conditions.

but omni's giveaway wasn't part of a promotion. it was simply a giveaway with no strings attached. not a prize, a gift. big difference.

but unfortunately, even tho there's a big difference, there's a very fuzzy line difining them.
