I am just happy they didnt give any more snow petpet paint brushes away. That gives mine another year to rise in price. ;)

I didn't expect they would because they gave them out last year, but hey, there's still 6 days left.

I'm hoping they surprise us with something good, but who knows.

And face it, we've already got some pretty nifty items already this year -- Snow Kookith, Snicklebeast, Purple Sticky Hand. That's two petpets (one of them a single-color version of a pricey petpet (like last year's White Ona), the other a new petpet that will eventually have other colors (like last year's Feepit)), and a surprisingly effective weapon (unlike last year's Seasonal Battle Duck).

Gift box instead of a stocking. Four books to date (was there only one last year?).

An avatar and a half.

And even if they aren't high-NP value, there have been some cool items as well: Whack a Kass Puppet, Christmas Vira Plushie, Seasonal Evil Coconut, Clockwork Aspargus Chia. (This list, of course, is highly subjective, but I'm sure nearly everyone could name a few "cool" things.)

I agree. Hey, it's not the Christmas PB and thousands of nps that were given out the first year of the advent calendar, but I really think that this year's calendar is a vast improvement on last year's. Almost every item seems to correlate to the theme of that day's calendar animation. Not just throwing a fruitcake and seasonal "whatever" at us, but actually having some thought process in figuring out what item goes best with what animation. Like they were actually having some fun with it. I think the mop and bucket were so cute given the PetPetSitter theme of that day's animation and the chocolate chia treat with its correlating animation was priceless.

I think they did a great job this year and am not hesitant in telling them that one bit.

Besides, never look a gift horse in the mouth. On one day in the first year, they gave 1/3 of a plain omelette and 1 np out as a prize. Anything we get this year has to be better than that!

Tested made this fabulous set for me!!! Isn't it great?

BTW, does anyone remember when they usually gave away trees? I always like getting them.

Today's animation really cracked me up...not because of the Plushie joke, but because at the end, the Grrarl just stands there, randomly moving his jaw up and down. XD

The animation reminds me of a petpage story I once submited....
Where my plushie ixi is mistaken for a toy plushie... hehe.

Anyway, I like the prize and animation for today.
