 Post subject: How to be unfrozen quickly ?

My account got unfairly unfrozen for "cheating in flash games"... I didn't cheated and I have a proof (screenshots) which could help me to be unfrozen. But all the mails I sent to the support team was replied by a redirection to the autoform. I know TNT will take months to look at the request I sent and I there is no proof in this request so I would like to know if you could give me someone of the staff's mail ...

(excuse my poor english :P )

Others have tried sending emails to staff members and they seem to be getting returned as nondeliverable. So, the staff members must have a block on their incoming emails.

I can only suggest that you keep sending letters to them until someone responds.

Keep sending emails with alot of evidence that you may have from your account. If you dont, i doubt you`ll be getting your account back. Some things to include in your email.

-bank amout -NPS on Hand. -Pets. -Neomails/Neofriends/Trades/Auctions/refferals/profile codes? Just use everything and anything from your account evidence. So that you will have a better change of getting it back. Good Luck!

Try sending a real letter. I've heard that works, although I've yet to get a reply for it, or anything else for that matter... *seriously wonders whether Neopets HQ is shut off from all forms of communication*

Also, take the text and things from the email and save it, that way you won't have to type everything again, and if you send them a snail mail letterm, you can just print it off :)

Its awful how they deal with frozen accounts. I really think they need to revamp the system. About a year ago, my older account got frozen. I e-mailed them and the account was unfrozen the next day. Now it seems that you can't even get a good reply PERIOD, nevermind the next day.

Do I have to proof that the account is mine ? o_O

I know I will be unfrozen only if I could contact one of the staff members but I can't ! I got message directing to the autoforms. :(

Is there another way contacting the staff ?

Something like a board where the staff somtimes go ?

My a/c was frozen unfairly more than a year ago, I kept sending them mails thru the form on the neopet site, and recently they FINALLY responded, but guess what they said....its been frozen for too long and they are unable to unfreeze it!!! :x

Hmm. You could try to e-mail the OTHER staff people. I heard that some people got to be unfrozen because they e-mailed staff people other than the infamous donna and adam.

For the e-mails, I have no idea. :P

Yes, I tried to mail only other staff people (Carolyn, Nate...) and I got the same reply : "this e-mail is no longer valid", etc.

Thanks a lot. I will surely help me. But, I don't think the mistake comes from a glitch in the game. I played Volcano Run and scored 2,300 points which is not a impossibly high score, and I think the staff didn't validate it because the game page was opened for 30 min while I was eating.

Personally I would try the forms first and even if you get an auto responce at least at that point you will have a valid e-mail address to write back to.

Not to sound bad but has anyone thought of the possibility that the people you tried don't work there anymore? People do quit and leave companies all the time so that could be why the e-mails are no longer valid.

I thought of that possibility but these people are still in the contact page... I'll try the others.

I just wanted to know if there was another way to contact the staff, because I don't want my account to be frozen too long to be unfrozen.

Hmmmm..I know with most companies people don't just have their first name as e-mail addresses so maybe they started doing that as well with newer people, I know makes it impossible to write without knowing that also.
